Russia Opens Files on Nuclear 9/11 and Israeli Proliferation

The report below is taken from an intelligence dump by Russian sources.  As the origin is from an intelligence agency in the form of a “leak,” there are always questions.  Thus far, we have found not only is the majority of the material confirmed but several solutions to serious problems involving 9/11 are included.

I have redacted little here.  However, this arrived with vast supporting documentation which can, in the future, be uploaded on SCRIBD for access. One key area is that the US had supplied Israel with surplus nuclear weapons. (Editor’s note:  We are advised that some of the documentation can never be uploaded or distributed for reasons that will be obvious.)

We have a very solid confirmation on this.  Back during the 1980s, Israel showed her inventory of Davy Crockett tactical nuclear warheads to one of our editors, who at the time was a senior NATO intelligence official.  These early “micro-nukes” were taken out of US inventory in 1978 and “disappeared.”

This highly classified report is being published unaltered except for bad machine translation errors being repaired.  My personal opinion is that this is NOT a disinformation piece but rather represents a significant breakthrough.  I believe that this is a rare glimpse behind the curtain.

I am publishing this for the use of those qualified to understand how little of this is really new.  Those things that are new are groundbreaking.  For those who find this all a bit over their heads, there is little I can do other than to let you know that this is the world “your elders” really live in and that you finally have a chance to look in mom and dads top dresser drawer.

According to a retired FXX agent specializing in Israeli counter intel: The type of nuclear devices used on 911 were a modified version of the W-54 nuclear artillery shells that were covertly provided to the Israelis between 1988 and 1998 from US surplus stockpiles illegally exported during the Bush/Clinton era.

Chemical analysis done by DOE Sandi was able to identify the chemical/radiation footprint or fingerprint of the warheads based on samples taken after 911 of the fallout at ground zero. (Editor’s note: Nuclear weapon use at ground zero is confirmed from multiple sources)

All plutonium based warheads have a chemical fingerprint that can identify the type of design and where the PU was made and how old it is. This was the 911 blackmail on Bush 1 and 2, the illegal transfer of surplus US nuclear weapons to the Israelis and why the continued cover up, along with the stolen gold and stock fraud that was going on Wall Street etc. According to file ENW57.pdf on page 66. Only a 2 kiloton device was needed to drop the buildings. A 2 kiloton device will produce a fireball of apx 150 to 200 feet in diameter at over 4000 degrees Centigrade. Just large enough to melt the I beams of the central core of the building and drop them in place. The light flash would last less than 1 second and primarily be in the UV light range. Overpressure would only be at 60PSI max and directed upwards with the blast. See underground effect.

Fallout would be minimal and located to within ground zero range only. Radiation would drop to acceptable levels within 72 hrs. after the blast. Most fall out was trapped in the cement dust thus causing all of the recent cancer deaths that we are now seeing in NYC amongst first responders. (Editor’s note: Consistent with site data)

Melted steel and iron oxide or “nano thermite” is a byproduct of the very high gamma ray / Neutron flux induced into the central steel core. The radiation dissolves the steel into iron oxide consuming the carbon and silicone in the steel.

This explains the missing steel columns and the very important clue of the “vaporized’ 20 ton antenna tower atop the south tower. The upward blast of radiation literally vaporized it. Video evidence proves this to be true. (Editor’s note: Tower issue a vital one.)

The total XXOO data file from DOE Sandia on the 911 event is well over 72 MB. P.S. Snowden didn’t have a Q clearance so he missed this one. Carnaberry had a pretty good stash of documents on the subject. (All under the transit stuff.) The entire nuclear nonproliferation story of stolen nuclear material coming from Russia was an Israeli cover story to hide the original source of weapons material coming from the US stock piles. Illegal distribution of US nuclear material to foreign allies was not limited to Israel. Virtually all NATO allies were in on this scam too. Dick Cheney was the bad guy on this one. Bush2/Cheney traded nuclear pits to foreign country as IOU’s in order to get what they wanted. Tom Countryman a well-known Israeli operative is curiously now in charge of N.N.P. at the State Department under Obama.(?) He was put there by Ram Emanuel.

It appears that the weapon of choice for the Israelis were the W-54 and follow on series of nuclear pits taken from the Amarillo TX storage dump. This was what Carnaberry was working on for Bush senior in Houston.

A total of over 350 pits were transferred to the Israelis over a 10 to 20 year period of time. The W-54 type of pit design were the most desirable due to the 2 point implosion pit design. This is the easiest to re manufacture and modify as compared to other circular pit designs.

The pill shaped design of the W-54 type weapon contains over 1.5 times more plutonium than a standard pit. This would allow enough Plutonium to be recovered that was still of weapons grade use even after 32 plus years of age. Americium build up in the pit over time eventually makes the Pit unusable as a weapon so they have a limited shelf life based on how fast or slow the Plutonium was produce in the reactor at Stanford.

Usually it was about 150 days max. Irradiation time in the reactor during production determines the shelf life of the pit as weapons grade material. All of the micro nukes used by the Israelis are re-manufactured W-54 type series devices.

These devices were used in the Bali bombing and the London bombing and in Japan on their reactors. (Editor’s note: Nuclear weapon use in Bali confirmed) Also used in Damascus, Iraq and Afghanistan by the US. (Editor’s note: Multiple confirmation including site samples.)

These are stored in most Israelite embassies for ease of deployment. The one’s used on 911 were kept at the Israeli consulate in NYC until put in place. After 911 the FBI now checks all diplomatic pouches with a Geiger counter before entering or leaving the US. The South African weapons were also surplus W-54 artillery shells acquired from Israeli and final assembly and testing was done in South Africa with Israel assistance. This was done because the Israelis needed a testing ground in order to make sure that there rebuilt weapons would work as designed. (Editor’s note: Testing on Sept. 22, 1979 multiple confirmations.) The North Korean weapons are also of the 155 mm artillery design as provided by Israel.

The true North Korean nuclear weapons program is based on nuclear artillery use and not missiles. The plan is to use a massive artillery barge on South Korea if war breaks out this include the use of small nuclear artillery shells to counter US tanks rockets and artillery.

The Saudi’s also have a stash of W-54′s acquired from the US under Bush2. (Editor’s note: Confirmed) The Israelis have also provided them to India, Brazil, China, Taiwan, Japan, North and South Korea etc. (Editor’s note: All but South Korea confirmed. Canada had been believed to be the source of Brazilian nuclear weapons.) Dimona is a standard 75 megawatt thermal open top reactor as used in France for their plutonium weapons production program, their version of Stanford (Editor’s note:  Probably “Hanford”).

Dimona – Israel

Due to over use as a fast breeder reactor by the Israelis, Dimona suffered a “steam explosion” IE a flash over indecent due to neutron criticality back in the late 1980′s under Bush 1. This shut down its operation for many years until repairs could be made.

It know only operates at very low power levels due to neutron absorption damage to the containment vessel. Now mainly use for isotope production. This forced the Israelis to turn to stolen nuclear stock piles from the US for the continuation of their nuclear program.

The Israelis knowing that the nuclear material that they had acquire only had a limited shelf life left before it was no longer usable as weapons grade then tried to dump it on the surplus market as fast as possible before it was of no use to them. So they dumped it on unsuspecting nations who would only sit on it and not be able to test it. These were the fissile tests in North Korea. (Editor’s note: Confirmed, multiple sources)

When everybody caught on to the scam such as Japan and Korea. (IE the Korean sub sinkings etc) they were angry because they paid big bucks for junk. This started a mini cold war with Israel and her old clients. However with micro nukes even as the plutonium ages it will still fissile producing a smaller size detonation well under 2 kiloton in size.

So they can still be used as small dirty bombs or as very small tactical nukes such as the nuclear artillery strikes on Damascus with rocket assisted W-54′s. (Editor’s note: Confirmed strike, May 4, 2013) On the W-54 pit design it is pill shaped and it is only about 4 inches in diameter and weighs about 24 pounds.

Most of the fuel is consumed in the plasma fire ball when detonated so there is very little plutonium fallout left to escape. If it is salted with other materials the fallout can be even reduced to lower levels such as in an enhanced radiation device or the so called neutron bomb. This is what was used on 911. 

Falling man – 911

The primary purpose of the nuclear weapon used on 911 was to produce a massive Gama ray / neutron flux that would vaporize about 150 to 300 feet of 6 inch thick steal I beams that constituted the central core of the WTC buildings. This created a free fall event as seen on TV that day. (Editor’s note: Critical information here.)

The flash would be hidden from sight due to the underground detonation. Most of the light was in the non-visible light spectrum any way. Over pressure would be reduced to 6 psi due to the blast traveling up the central core and neutron radiation vaporizing the TV antenna at the top of the building as see on TV.

The fallout would be mainly vaporized concrete cement and iron oxide. This is why after 911 they told everyone on TV that the beta radiation burns that people were getting were due to the caustic cement dust and not due to the radiation effects from the radioactive cement fallout. The iron oxide found all over the place was what was left of the steel I beams. This was the so called Nano Thermite that was found everywhere. Fallout was limited to a 1 mile area around down town NYC. See charts. (Editor’s note: Received)

Radiation decay was reduced to safe low levels after 72 hrs., (Editor’s note: Fully confirmed) outside of ground zero its self. This is why the area was blocked off from the public for 3 days after the event, in order to let the radiation drop to safe levels

The War Crisis on a Hair Trigger, Blair is being Impeached, Impeach Obama!

The world, as Helga Zepp-LaRouche stressed in discussions on Wednesday, is much closer to world war than you think. The British Empire and its puppet Obama are provoking Russia to an extreme degree with the slaughter in Ukraine, to try to force Putin to war; the Empire, including its Saudi branch, has also unleashed complete bloody chaos in Southwest Asia, playing all the sides in "sectarian" war there, and pushing Obama to intervene.

There is one path out: Impeach Obama. Sanction the Saudis and British. Release the 28 pages of the truth of 9/11.

Two major developments in the past 24 hours are critical to know. First, impeachment proceedings were filed in the House of Commons against Tony Blair by one MP; supported on the floor by another senior member. This is not to remove Blair from office; it's to prosecute and punish him for aggressive war, state lying, corruption of government. The British media are awash with attacks on Blair, days after he said new military action is necessary in Iraq. Remember, when Obama was ready to attack Syria, the first "blockade" against that was the House of Commons resolution prohibiting David Cameron from taking a step. So, perhaps, again.

Second, Obama told Congressional leaders in a meeting this week, that he did not need to consult Congress before taking military action in Iraq. That he claimed he was not taking it in the next 24 hours, is irrelevant, and false — we have the reports that he has ordered preparations, target acquisition, etc. He claims he can start a third Iraq War, without even consulting Congress, if he wishes to; and a few Congressional leaders of his party are, cravenly, repeating that line publicly on his behalf.

This is completely unconstitutional, aggressive war policy; it demands that Obama be impeached. Each of these war adventures takes the United States closer and closer to all-out war with Russia and China, just as the imperialists are trying to take Russia closer and closer to war with NATO.

This situation is so fraught, that one Democratic Senate leader, Dianne Feinstein, is calling for forcing out Iraqi President Maliki (as with Diem in Vietnam!) while other Democratic leaders say Obama is free to proceed to the bombing of Iraq in defense of Maliki against the "terrorists" — the ones Obama has supported against Assad in Syria. Republican confusion is no less tragic than this.

This is the insanity of "tactics". Only one way out is strategic: Impeach Obama; then the U.S. can work with China and Russia to turn the situation from war; the basis for that is clearly LaRouche's four laws.

Impeachment of Blair will certainly help. But this is what we in the U.S. have to do.

Russia Cuts Off All Gas Supplies To Ukraine

Russia has totally cut off all gas supplies to Ukraine in an escalation of the dispute between the countries. Gazprom, the Russian supplier of Ukrainian gas is said to be owed a total of $4.5bn, and it wants a payment of $1.95bn today. If the payment had been made by 0600 this morning GMT, Gas would have continued to flow from Russia.

Talking to the BBC Ukrainian Energy Minister Yuri Prodan said.

“Gas supplies to Ukraine have been reduced to zero,”

Gazprom had previously issued several warning and has now moved to pre-payment from the Ukrainian company Naftogas that is the middleman for all supplies piped into the Ukraine.

“Today, from 10:00 Moscow time, Gazprom, according to the existing contract, moved Naftogaz to prepayment for gas supplies,” Gazprom said in a statement on Monday morning.
“From today, the Ukrainian company will receive Russian natural gas only in the amounts it has paid for.”
“We reached no agreement. The chances that we meet again are slim,” Gazprom spokesman Sergei Kuprianov said after the latest round of the talks ended in Kiev over the weekend.

Gazprom have assured European leaders that it will continue to supply gas to other countries but that it is Ukraines responsibility to allow gas movement to Europe via the pipeline that runs across the country.

European leaders are concerned that should the situation not be resolved before winter that Ukraine will use the gas destines for Europe rather than supply Europe with their quota. Some 15% of Europes total supply flows through pipelines in Ukraine.

NATO Allegations of Russian Tanks in Ukraine based on Fake Evidence

The Holy Roman Empire NATO is finally getting closer to their pretext for placing Ukraine under the West’s thumb. The Alliance’s Secretary General declared on Sunday that three tanks were shipped from Russia into Eastern Ukraine to abet the popular revolt against the West’s puppet regime in Kiev.

The accusation rests on a set of satellite images gathered from a commercial vendor based in Colorado and undated, anonymous YouTube videos that supposedly show tanks originating from a staging area in Southwest Russia rolling through the streets of Donetsk. The US State Department was quick to confirm the reports, and condemned the alleged actions as a grave escalation of the conflict.

However, although NATO has been waiting for months for an excuse to intervene in Ukraine and reignite the Cold War tensions that sustained the American military industrial complex for decades, the evidence of Moscow’s involvement is almost non-existent.

The first piece of evidence is a set of satellite images of a staging site in Russia from May 30 and June 11. The site is largely inactive, but NATO officials claim that tanks moved into the area last Wednesday, before three were loaded onto a truck and left the area. By itself, this piece leaves independent observers begging for more.

First, the Russian army has been pulling back troops and supplies for weeks, so activity at a staging area is far from surprising. Second, NATO has a history of passing off old photographs as new evidence of Russian activity – look no further than the alliance’s attempt to pass off images from August 2013 as evidence that Putin was building up troops to invade East Ukraine last month

The second piece is even more laughable. There, officials scoured the Internet to find images of Russian tanks in city streets in a sorry attempt to make it seem as though the vehicles that left the staging site ended up in Ukraine. The unattributed YouTube videos and stills could easily have been doctored or filmed outside of Ukraine. Indeed, the world went crazy in April when the New York Times posted a photo of Russian soldiers who later appeared in Ukraine, only to retract it once the photographer admitted that the photo was taken in Russia

At every step, the evidence is wanting.

Much more likely, the tanks came from rebel raids of Ukrainian military arms depots in the East, like most of the weaponry used during the conflict. Alternately, Chechen militants have access to tanks, so they might have transported them from Chechnya along with the troves of fighters that have spilled into Ukraine to support the self-determination of the people in the East. These most recent accusations hearken back to the reports of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. NATO needs to stop searching for excuses to flex its military might.

Putin Representative Charges, "Russophobia Could Cause WWIII!"

Sergei Markov, a prominent Moscow analyst and former MP, who served as one of President Vladimir Putin's authorized representatives during the 2012 election campaign, was featured on the front page of Svenska Dagbladet on Sunday, June 8th, under the headline "Your Goal Is To Destroy Russia!" His exclusive interview with journalist Anna-Lena Laurén appeared in both Svenska Dagbladet and the Finnish Swedish-language paper Huvudstadsbladet.

SD quoted Markov: "There must simply be a stop to treating Russia as if we were some kind of inferior people! Europe looks at Russians today, the way you looked at Jews at a certain time. Your goal is to destroy Russia! But you will not succeed in that. Napoleon tried to do it. Hitler tried, without success. Instead, you will destroy Europe."

Telling Laurén that "pushing Russia into a corner" may have grave consequences, Markov continued: "Anti-Semitism started the Second World War, Russophobia could start the Third. The main problem is that NATO is trying to start artificial conflicts. NATO is not needed any more. It has lost its raison d'être and is therefore looking for new missions. NATO is in reality an American organization. The Jesuits American defense budget is bigger than that of the rest of the world taken together. The U.S.A. is arming at a ferocious speed and is furthermore creating private armies of mercenaries controlled by nobody, like Blackwater. This development is highly dangerous."

On June 9, Svenska Dagbladet published a follow-up interview with a prominent Swedish Russophobe, Professor emeritus of Russian Studies Kristian Gerner of Uppsala University. Even though he is a former head of the Swedish Committee Against Anti-Semitism, Gerner supports the Nazi coup in Ukraine. SD wrote: "Gerner suspects that the reason for singling out Sweden as one of the most Russophobic countries can be traced to the activist role regarding Ukraine by Foreign Minister Carl Bildt, with the purpose of promoting the relations of that country with EU."

These articles have appeared after the month-long election campaign, during which the promoters of LaRouche's policies, the European Labor Party (EAP), held rallies in downtown Stockholm, accusing Bildt of running a private "world war" against Putin. The ostensibly pro-democracy Swedish media covered neither those rallies nor the speech of EAP Chairman Hussein Askary at a large "Stop Nazism in Ukraine" demonstration organized by Russian émigrés.

Russia, China Banking Deal to Exclude Dollar in Transactions - Symbolic Blow to Dollar

Bigger attacks on the Empire controlled dollar are scheduled for this summer.

During Putin's two day visit in Shanghai, Russia and China took another small step to undermine U.S. monetary hegemony when Russia’s second biggest financial institution, VTB, signed a deal with the Bank of China to bypass the dollar and pay each other in domestic currencies.

Many experts are referring to the move as symbolic. The banking deal is very small in the scheme of things, however it is a signal of intent. Both China and Russia are looking to a future where the U.S. dollar is no longer the world reserve currency, and they aren't content to wait for that future to arrive. They are working to help it along.

While this particular banking deal may not be incredibly significant in and of itself, there is another deal that is in the works that could have a much wider impact. According to Reuters, the BRICS block (Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa) aim to finish preparations for a new international development bank by this July. The bank, which has been in the works for several years now, aims to provide an alternative to the IMF (The United States is currently the dominant shareholder of the IMF).

While the new bank is being presented as a means of facilitating investment within the BRICS block, If Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa are able to establish a stable financial network that bypasses Washington and the Federal Reserve, it would not only make it impossible for the U.S. to bully any one member (i.e. Russia), but it could also open the door to dollar free energy exchanges... exchanges like the one that Russia has announced it will open this June.

Russia and China announce decoupling trade from Dollar - The End for the USA is nigh‏

Russia has just dropped another bombshell, announcing not only the de-coupling of its trade from the dollar, but also that its hydrocarbon trade will in the future be carried out in rubles and local currencies of its trading partners - no longer in dollars - see Voice of Russia
 

Russia's trade in hydrocarbons amounts to about a trillion dollars per year. Other countries, especially the BRICS and BRCIS-associates (BRICSA) may soon follow suit and join forces with Russia, abandoning the 'petro-dollar' as trading unit for oil and gas. This could amount to tens of trillions in loss for demand of petro-dollars per year (US GDP about 17 trillion dollars - December 2013) - leaving an important dent in the US economy would be an understatement.

Added to this is the declaration today by Russia's Press TV - China will re-open the old Silk Road as a new trading route linking Germany, Russia and China, allowing to connect and develop new markets along the road, especially in Central Asia, where this new project will bring economic and political stability, and in Western China provinces,where "New Areas" of development will be created. The first one will be the Lanzhou New Area in China's Northwestern Gansu Province, one of China's poorest regions.

"During his visit to Duisburg, Chinese President Xi Jinping made a master stroke of economic diplomacy that runs directly counter to the Washington neo-conservative faction's effort to bring a new confrontation between NATO and Russia." (press TV, April 6, 2014)

"Using the role of Duisburg as the world's largest inland harbor, an historic transportation hub of Europe and of Germany's Ruhr steel industry center, he proposed that Germany and China cooperate on building a new "economic Silk Road" linking China and Europe. The implications for economic growth across Eurasia are staggering."

Curiously, western media have so far been oblivious to both events. It seems like a desire to extending the falsehood of our western illusion and arrogance - as long as the silence will bear.

Germany, the economic driver of Europe - the world's fourth largest economy (US$ 3.6 trillion GDP) - on the western end of the new trading axis, will be like a giant magnet, attracting other European trading partners of Germany's to the New Silk Road. What looks like a future gain for Russia and China, also bringing about security and stability, would be a lethal loss for Washington.

In addition, the BRICS are preparing to launch a new currency - composed by a basket of their local currencies - to be used for international trading, as well as for a new reserve currency, replacing the rather worthless debt ridden dollar - a welcome feat for the world.

Along with the new BRICS(A) currency will come a new international payment settlement system, replacing the SWIFT and IBAN exchanges, thereby breaking the hegemony of the infamous privately owned currency and gold manipulator, the Bank for International Settlement (BIS) in Basle, Switzerland - also called the central bank of all central banks.

To be sure - the BIS is a privately owned for profit institution, was created in the early 1930's, in the midst of the big economic melt-down of the 20th Century. The BIS was formed precisely for that purpose - to control the world's monetary system, along with the also privately owned FED and the Wall Street Banksters - the epitome of private unregulated ownership.

The BIS is known to hold at least half a dozen secret meetings per year, attended by the world's elite, deciding the fate of countries and entire populations. Their demise would be another welcome new development.

As the new trading road and monetary system will take hold, other countries and nations, so far in the claws of US dependence, will flock to the 'new system', gradually isolating Washington's military industrial economy (sic) and its NATO killing machine.

This Economic Sea Change may bring the empire to its knees, without spilling a drop of blood. An area of new hope for justice and more equality, a rebirth of sovereign states, may dawn and turn the spiral of darkness into a spiral of light.

Russia struggles in Rothschild Cluth

Europe and the United States long ago succumbed to Rothschild control. In Russia, there are still some death spasms.

Recently, Vladimir Putin arrested Mikhail Khordordovsky, the head of Russia's largest oil company "Yukos" and "the richest man in Russia."

Putin announced that Russia would seize his $12 billion 26% stake in the oil company, one of many national assets plundered in the reorganization of Communism 15 years ago.

Then we learn the shares already had passed to none other than banker Jacob Rothschild under a "previously unknown arrangement" designed for such a circumstance. The two have known each other for years "through their mutual love of the arts."

Rakovsky told Kus'min that the Illuminati never take political or financial positions. They use "intermediaries."

"Bankers and politicians are only men of straw.... even though they occupy high places and appear to be authors of the plans which are carried out..." (248-249)

Obviously Khodordovsky is an "intermediary" for Rothschild.

So are Richard Perle, Henry Kissinger and Ariel Sharon who each spoke out against Putin's action. Perle, the architect of the Iraq war, called for the expulsion of Russia from the Group of Eight. Sharon expressed concern about "persecution of Jewish businessmen."

Khodordovsky is Jewish as is Simon Kukes his successor. And Perle and Kissinger.

Many Jews serve the Illuminati and that is a cause of anti-Semitism. But Tony Blair and George W. Bush serve it too and are not Jewish. The membership of the Bilderbergers and the Skull and Bones is mostly not Jewish.

The Illuminati is an alliance between the Rothschilds, and the world's super rich united by Freemasonry, whose God is Lucifer. Mankind,God's magnificent experiment, has been subverted and compromised.

Clinton's Russia/China Diplomacy at the time of Impeachment

The timing of the British/Republican Party/Al Gore treason against the US in the 1998-99 attempted coup, through the impeachment of President Clinton, shows clearly the interface between the financial collapse of that period, Clinton's drive to restore FDR policies against the collapse, and Clinton's effort to establish close ties with Russia and China in regard to both the strategic and economic crises of the time. 

The "Asia crisis" launched by George Soros in the summer of 1997 through a speculative attack on Thailand, Malaysia and others, proved to be (as Stateman Lyndon LaRouche insisted at the time) a global crisis of the system as a whole. When, in August 1998, the Russian financial system under British puppet Boris Yeltsin exploded, in part because the just-created Russian bond market had been flooded by hot money fleeing Asia, the US hedge fund Long Term Credit Management (LTCM) was thrown into default, with $4 billion in losses on Russian GKO bond-related derivatives nearly busting the entire world financial system. Here are some key inflection points in that critical process: 

Sept. 10, 1998 — Yevgeni Primakov was appointed Prime Minister of Russia after a failed attempt by British and international interests to reinstate Victor Chernomyrdin (one of the executors of London-directed genocide against Russia in the mid-1990s) as PM and put Russia under the direct dictates of London-selected finance specialists Boris Fyodorov and Domingo Cavalho. Primakov appointed an economic policy team that was committed to reviving Russia's collapsed physical economy, paying back wages, and renegotiating the country's foreign debt, while launching a Russia-China-India alliance, and conducting crucial war-avoidance diplomacywith Clinton. 

Sept. 14 — Clinton at the CFR and related meetings later that week called for reform of the world financial system in keeping with FDR's policies to "limit swings in the economy," noting that one third of the world was living in economies undergoing collapse. The CFR event was the first public appearance for Clinton since he had been dragged before the Starr-chamber (under special prosecutor Ken Starr) Grand Jury in August on the Monica Lewinsky affair. Newt Gingrich turned the Congress into a porno/witch hunt against Clinton, releasing the tapes of the Grand Jury. 

Sept. 23 — LTCM collapsed over Russia-related losses.
August and September — Al Gore held a series of meetings on Wall Street with the likes of Edgar Bronfman, Hank Greenberg (AIG), Jon Corzine (Goldman Sachs), Steven Ratner (Lazard), DE Shaw, and others, promising to use his influence with the Russian mafia to assure full payment of the GKO bonds, and planning joint attacks on Russia over anti-semitism charges from the ADL and Bronfman's World Jewish Congress. 

Sept. 29 — Clinton announced together with Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin that "a new era in US-China relations" would be launched, after several private meetings with the Chinese Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan, specifically to colaborate on the global financial crisis. 

November — Clinton cancelled his scheduled attendence at the APEC meeting in Malaysia, where he had been expected to pursue his cooperation with China and ASEAN in dealing with the global financial crisis. Gore went in his place, uttering a disgusting diatribe against Malaysian Prime Minister Dr. Mahathir's stand against the speculators and the IMF, and openly backing British agent Anwar Ibrahim's anarchist demonstrations going on in the street outside the meeting. 

Nov. 23 — New York Times author James Risen reported that Gore, who had co-chaired the Gore-Chernomyrdin Commission, or U.S.-Russian Joint Commission on Economic and Technological Cooperation, since 1993, "did not want to hear allegations that Mr. Chernomyrdin was corrupt, and was not interested in ... intelligence reports on the matter." Risen wrote that one secret CIA report that went to Vice President Gore that contained what was considered "conclusive evidence" of Chernomyrdin's personal corruption, was returned to the agency with a "barnyard epithet scrawled across its cover." 

Dec. 19 — President Clinton was impeached by the House on a nearly party-line vote. 

Feb. 12, 1999 — Clinton was acquitted by the Senate, with only Republicans (but not all Republicans) voting for conviction.
March – Primakov's planned visit to Washington on March 22 for a meeting of the bilateral intergovernmental commission was upgraded to include a one-on-one meeting with Clinton, as well as emergency efforts to avert the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. 

March 11-15 — Chernomyrdin and Russian money-bags Boris Berezovsky visited Washington, and met with Gore and others in DC and Wall Street. 

March 22 — Israeli Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu got Primakov to postpone his US visit by a day, meeting with him in the Kremlin on March 22. 

March 23 — While on the plane to Washington, Primakov received a call from Gore saying that the US would not postpone the planned bombing raids against Yugoslavia. Primakov was forced to turn the plane around in mid-flight and go home. 

April 23 — British Imperial leader Tony Blair gave a speech in Chicago calling for the end of the Westphalian system of national sovereignty, and launching the campaign of military intervention for "humanitarian" means. 

May — Yeltsin fired Primakov, after Berezovsky and Chernomyrdin visited Primakov to tell him he was finished. 

May 6 - The U.S. Senate passed the Gramm-Leach-Bliley-Lewinsky Act (as it should properly be known) repealing Glass Steagall. 

July 1 — The House of Representatives passed the Gramm-Leach-Bliley-Lewinsky Act. 

Nov. 12 — Clinton signed the Gramm-Leach-Bliley-Lewinsky Act into law.

Bipolar World policy: Let's Not Be Friends

On June 7 and 8 2013, President Barack Obama will meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping to "discuss ways to enhance cooperation" between the two countries. With Sino-U.S. relations in a state of deterioration ever since the December 2009 Copenhagen Climate Change Conference, the meeting couldn't come at a more important time.

Both Beijing and Washington seem to believe that a lack of trust is the reason for this unfortunate state of affairs. During the 2008 presidential campaign, Obama argued, "we still have to do serious work if we are to create the level of mutual trust necessary for long-term cooperation." Chinese President Hu Jintao reiterated that sentiment during a meeting with Obama in June, speaking of the need for "mutual trust" to bring the two countries closer together.

Fortunately, the task of getting the Sino-U.S. relationship back on track may not be so daunting. There are thousands of examples of strategic cooperation without mutual trust between major powers throughout human history. Britain established strategic cooperation with the Soviet Union in World War II based on their common interest in fighting against Nazi Germany -- even though Winston Churchill detested Joseph Stalin. China and the United States developed it in 1972, even though Mao Zedong and Richard Nixon did not trust each other. Faced with several decades of military confrontation, Mikhail Gorbachev and Ronald Reagan agreed to reduce their nuclear arsenals in 1988, which heralded the end of the Cold War. And Jiang Zemin and George W. Bush cooperated on a counter-terrorism campaign just a few months after the collision of Chinese and U.S. military aircraft over the South China Sea in April 2001. Indeed, cooperation is the norm rather than the exception.

China and the United States have lacked mutual trust since June 4, 1989, and the relationship has been characterized ever since by ebbs and flows of cooperation and deterioration. Political scientist David Lampton coined the term "same bed, different dreams" to capture the idea that both powers are closely entangled, but have very different aspirations.

States cooperate not because of mutual trust, but because of shared interests that make cooperation safe and productive. China and the United States should look hard to identify what these incentives and shared interests are -- and focus on developing positive cooperation when their interests overlap or complement one another, such as on the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, and preventive cooperation when their interests conflict, such as on preventing collisions in South China Sea.

Sino-U.S. military cooperation should be expanded. China and the United States should work together for international norms guiding cyber security, non-militarization of space, maritime security, and especially China's Diaoyu Islands dispute with Japan, the United States' most important alley in East Asia. Military collaboration on humanitarian assistance operations, search and rescue missions, and other non-traditional types of security cooperation can also help build military-to-military relationships at all levels. This type of cooperation will help to prevent conflicts that might have resulted from miscommunications, and form the building blocks of mutual trust.

Preventive cooperation differs from positive cooperation because it is based on conflicting -- rather than shared -- interests. In the late 1990s, for instance, Beijing and Washington agreed to stop targeting nuclear weapons at each other, which helped to stabilize bilateral relations. Areas of friction are likely to become more common in the coming years, but the two countries can skillfully manage their competition if they work to minimize these emerging conflicts -- not only in the military sector but also in nontraditional security sectors such as energy, finance, counterterrorism in the Middle East, anti-piracy in Somali Sea, and even climate change new eugenic.

Encouraging China and the United States to prioritize preventive cooperation does not mean they should abandon efforts to build mutual trust. However, it does mean the two countries can stabilize their strategic relations without it. The worst-case scenario is not that China and the United States will face more strategic conflicts in the coming years, but that they never learn how to develop cooperation based on lack of mutual trust, thus allowing a small conflict to escalate into a major one.

In order to keep unavoidable conflicts manageable, China and the United States should adopt the principle of "peaceful competition" for their strategic relationship. This idea harkens back to the 1950s, when Soviet premier Nikita Khrushchev relaxed the strategic tension between the Soviet Union and the United States -- even as mistrust between the two superpowers was as strong as ever. We should learn from their positive experience of handling strategic competition between the United States and the Soviets during the Cold War, to prevent China-U.S. relations from slipping into a new cold war. Beijing appears receptive: When U.S. Vice President Joe Biden visited China in October 2011, Xi suggested to him that their two countries should develop a new type of major power relations, comprised of "healthy competition."

Washington has not objected to this idea, to the best of my knowledge, and there are good reasons for U.S. officials to embrace it. China and the United States should be able to agree to healthy competition, or at least to peaceful competition.

Here's what this would mean in practice: Each side would clearly define the other as a political competitor, and, crucially, clarify their competitiveness as that between a rising superpower and one with superpower status. The United States aims to maintain its global dominance, and China to resume its historical leading position. This structural conflict makes political competition between them inevitable.

Mutual trust is a result rather than precondition of strategic cooperation between major powers. Because they are not allies, neither the United States nor China can expect the other side to always respond favorably to its interests. Each should learn how to calmly respond to the other's unfavorable policies. An unfriendly, but stable relationship would be healthier for both parties than a disingenuous "friendship" that is volatile below the surface.

BOMBSHELL: US Caught Meddling in Russian Elections!

Putin compares US funded NGOs to Judas the betrayer

What would Americans say if they found their polling stations and certain political parties entirely infiltrated by Chinese money, Chinese observers, and Chinese-backed candidates promoting China's interests in an AMERICAN election? The answer ranges from incarceration, to trials featuring charges ranging from fraud, to sedition and even treason with sentences ranging from decades to life in prison, perhaps even death, as well as possible military action for what could easily be considered an act of war.

Indeed, the attempted subversion of a foreign nation and/or meddling in its elections are acts of war, an act of war the United States government through its various "Non-Governmental Organizations" (NGOs) have been committing on and off for decades around the globe. In fact, the very "Arab Spring" is a geopolitical conflagration tipped off by this vast network of Western backed NGOs.

The New York Times in its article, "U.S. Groups Helped Nurture Arab Uprisings," clearly stated as much when it reported, "a number of the groups and individuals directly involved in the revolts and reforms sweeping the region, including the April 6 Youth Movement in Egypt, the Bahrain Center for Human Rights and grass-roots activists like Entsar Qadhi, a youth leader in Yemen, received training and financing from groups like the International Republican Institute, the National Democratic Institute and Freedom House, a Non-profit human rights organization based in Washington."

The Times would continue by explaining, "the Republican and Democratic institutes are loosely affiliated with the Republican and Democratic Parties. They were created by Congress and are financed through the National Endowment for Democracy, which was set up in 1983 to channel grants for promoting democracy in developing nations. The National Endowment receives about $100 million annually from Congress. Freedom House also gets the bulk of its money from the American government, mainly from the State Department."

These same NGOs have also just recently played a central role in Laos and Myanmar by corrupting the Communist Governments, blocking the construction of a mega-dam that would have begun the development of the nation's rural areas, provided electricity for export and domestic use, and helps irrigate surrounding agricultural land. These NGOs are currently creating a social divide in Thailand to subvert an 800 year old independent political institution that has for centuries, weathered Western encroachment. There is also documented evidence of these NGOs attempting to destabilize the government of Malaysia and reinstall IMF minion Anwar Ibrahim back into power.

In Russia's neighboring country and ally, Belarus, this network of US-funded NGOs have attempted to start a "Belarusian Spring" to overthrow leader Alexander Lukashenko, who has adamantly opposed NATO's creep toward its, and Russia's borders. And now Russia itself has just rooted out a plot by these very same NGOs creeping in and around the nation's political institutions, in an attempt to subvert and replace them.

Russia's Long Fight Against US-funded Subversion

This is not the first time Russia has faced this insidious creep from abroad. After the fall of the Soviet Union, there proceeded a lawless free-for-all where foreigners began rushing in, in an attempt to create their own order out of the chaos. Leading this charge was billionaire oligarch Mikhail Khodorkovsky who fashioned an "Open Russian Foundation" and even had western corporate-financier elitists Jacob Rothschild and Henry Kissinger chair its board of directors. In a now all too familiar scenario, Khodorkovsky and his networks of foreign-funded NGOs attempted to consolidate and transfer Russia's wealth, power, and the destiny of its people into the hands of Wall Street and London's global "corporatatorship."

Russia, however, was not entirely defenseless. In a devastating backlash, Khodorkovsky was thrown into a Siberian prison where he remains to this day, while other oligarchs serving Western interests scattered like cockroaches back to London and New York. In a hollow attempt to portray Russia's efforts to preserve its national sovereignty as "human rights abuses," Wall Street and London assembled a legal defense led by globalist lawyer Robert Amsterdam, who while still representing Khodorkovsky, is also defending another loser in Wall Street's game to place their puppets in positions of power around the globe, Thaksin Shinawatra of Thailand.

Most recently, as Russia's elections approach, AFP has claimed that NGOs such as US NED-funded Golos and New Times' slon.ru, which regularly features columns by the now jailed and above mentioned Khodorkovsky, were attacked in order to prevent the exposure of "mass election fraud." Why opposition groups and foreign-funded NGOs who have a direct vested interest in preventing Putin's United Russia Party from obtaining a clean victory at the polls, should be trusted to reveal "mass election fraud" in the first place, is never quite explained by AFP.

NED's official website lists an astounding number of meddlesome NGOs conducting activities across the Russian Federation that no American in their right mind would allow on US soil. Golos is just one of many NGOs funded by the United States government, overseen by the US Embassy in Russia, and used to meddle in the sovereign internal affairs of their nation.

AFP reported, "Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, whose United Russia party has won Sunday's polls but with a reduced majority, has denounced non-governmental organisations like Golos, comparing them to the disciple Judas who betrayed Jesus." And indeed, Golos is certifiably betraying the Russian people by taking foreign money and pursing a foreign agenda, masquerading as "pro-democracy" crusaders.

Golos' activities, mirroring those in the US-engineered Arab Spring, include an online "Map of Violations" site detailing "claims" of fraud across Russia, in an attempt to undermine the legitimacy of upcoming elections Putin and is party are predicted to easily win. Golos' Liliya Shibanova described their "Map of Violations" project as being a place where people could upload any information or evidence of election violations. This, being far from actual evidence, again mirrors the same tactics of manipulating public opinion in the midst of uprisings around the world, fueled by identical foreign-funded organizations where baseless claims of abuse, violence, and "human rights" violations made up the entirety of accusations then used by Western governments to diplomatically and militarily (in the case of Libya and now Syria) pressure targeted nations.

As in Belarus, where the vice president of NED-funded FIDH, and ring leader of foreign-funded sedition within the Eastern European country, was imprisoned for over 4 years, in Russia, the government is openly exposing the enemy by name. This has also happened in Malaysia, where the ruling government has outed the "Bersih Clean and Fair Elections" movement as a conspiracy of foreign-corporate-financier interests aimed at destabilizing the country and installing a more favorable, proxy regime led by IMF minion Anwar Ibrahim.

Russian Subversion Coordinated by US Ambassador to Russia, Michael McFaul.

Russia would also wisely turn their attention to the US Embassy and recently confirmed Ambassador Michael McFaul, who serves on the board of directors of Freedom House and the National Endowment for Democracy, both now implicated in directly interfering in Russia's sovereign affairs.

Photo: Michael McFaul, confirmed in November as US Ambassador to Russia, immediately set out to work, not to represent the interests, aspirations, and good will of the American people, but to execute the agenda of corporate-financier oligarchs, who in October sang praises regarding his accomplished background in foreign agitation and the possibilities his presence in Russia could yield. It also should be noted that McFaul is a Senior Associate of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, fully funded by the Fortune 500, Soros' drug cartel Open Society, and other corporate-funded foundations.

It was warned during October 2011 in "Agitator Nominated for Next US “Ambassador” to Russia," as corporate-financier interests voiced their recommendations for McFaul that:

"The Brookings Institution recently published a “letter of recommendation” of sorts for McFaul, titled, “Give the Next Russian Ambassador a Powerful Tool to Guard Human Rights.” Already out of the gates, the article is disingenuously using the concept of “human rights” to leverage US interests over Russia. Written by Brookings’ own arch-Neo-Conservative Robert Kagan and Freedom House President David Kramer, the piece begins by immediately calling on the US Senate to confirm McFaul.

Kagan and Kramer claim the US should then arm McFaul with a bill to “sanction” Russian officials accused of “human rights abuses.” Judging from previous US-Russian relations, and in particular, Robert Amsterdam’s transparent, almost cartoonish crusade for his jailed client, Mikhail Khodorovsky, it can be assumed these “abuses” are referring to the jailing of political operatives for grave criminal activities while in the process of serving US corporate-financier interests.

The Brookings piece goes on to enumerate McFaul’s “merits” which include, “democracy promotion” (read: extraterritorial meddling), meeting with “civil society” representatives both in Russia and in neighboring nations (read: conspiring with US-funded NGOs and political opposition leaders), as well as having a good rapport with Russian opposition activists operating in Washington. Brookings notes in particular how important it is to have McFaul in Russia, on the ground to give his “assessment” of up-coming Russian elections. Unspoken, but sure to trickle through the headlines in coming months will be McFaul’s “democracy promotion” on behalf of select opposition parties in Russia’s political landscape.

As if to alleviate any doubt regarding just what Brookings means by “human rights abuses,” Kagan and Kramer then cite the case of UK financier operative Sergei Magnitsky of Hermitage Capital Management, an enterprise that while operating primarily in Russian markets, maintained its headquarters in the Cayman Islands.

Magnitsky was arrested and imprisoned over tax evasion and tax fraud, and would die of illness while in prison. The US and UK would predictably trump up the circumstances surrounding the death of Magnitsky, with corporate foundation-funded Redress (page 28) of the UK submitting a “report” to the UN in yet another classic example of leveraging issues of “human rights” against a target nation to serve Western interests controlled by the British Empire. This is but a taste of what is to come with McFaul presiding over the next leg of Anglo-American global destabilization.

Brookings’ Kagan and Freedom House’s Kramer have nominated McFaul with the intention of further meddling in Russia’s sovereign affairs, as well as destabilizing its neighbors in a bid to hedge Russia’s reemergence as a sovereign world power, or perhaps even in an attempt to play a grand strategy of global tension, forcing the besieged developing world to consolidate under the West’s more overt attacks, only for the “union” to be co-opted and integrated into the Wall Street-London “international order” at a later point in time. Either way, McFaul does not represent the ideals, principles, or laws of the American people or the US Constitution, nor does he represent universal values of respecting national sovereignty.

His confirmation by the US Senate will indicate duplicity amongst the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and a further divergence between their actions and the will and aspirations of the American people who put them in office. McFaul represents a corporate-financier elite and their agenda of building an “international order” (read: empire) at the cost of yet more American treasure and lives, leaving an immensely wealthy elite lording over a destitute American majority.

By exposing both McFaul’s true “credentials” and intentions, as well as who he really works for and why, and by systematically boycotting and replacing the consumerist troughs that fuel this corporate-financier oligarchy we can rectify this obvious and ever-expanding divergence between what is best for America and what is pursued by the oligarchs that presume dominion over us."

Russia and a growing number of other nations are openly exposing and holding accountable agents of sedition operating in their country, sent and funded by US tax payers' money. It is time for the other shoe to drop, and for the people of the West to hold their governments accountable. As targeted nations begin exposing and jailing members of this global conspiracy, likewise the West must begin exposing the disingenuous peddlers of this agenda - namely the board of directors and trustees organizing these ploys and dolling out the funds used in this global destabilization, and hold them duly accountable for using tax payers' money to fund political chaos abroad while economic and social decay consume Americans and Europeans at home.
