What was the effect and the significance of Erie vs. Thompkins case decision of 1938? The significance is that since the Erie Decision, no cases are allowed to be cited that are prior to 1938. There can be no mixing of the old law with the new law. The lawyers, who are members of the American Bar Association, were and are currently under and controlled by the Lawyer's guild of Great Britain, created, formed, and implemented the new bankruptcy law. He broke up Trusts and Monopolies and set up regulations to control the avarice of the huge Corporations and the banks that subsidized them. He suppressed its subversive pro-British influence over the American government during his life, and promoted the traditional role of America as the hope of the world, as the defender of freedom and liberty and of all people's right to self-determination. Unfortunately America's role changed dramatically after World War II, from being a liberator, to being a dominator and oppressor, in perhaps the greatest and most damaging betrayal of American values and human hopes that the world has ever seen.
U. S. BANKRUPTCY & THE WAR POWERS ACT
Since March 9, 1933, the United States has been in a state of declared national emergency .... Under the powers delegated by these statutes, the President may: seize property; organize and control the means of production; seize commodities; assign military forces abroad; institute martial law; seize and control all transportation and communication; regulate the operation of private enterprise; restrict travel; and, in a plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American citizens. A majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40 years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, been abridged by laws brought into force by states of national emergency. . . . from, at least, the Civil War in important ways shaped the present phenomenon of a permanent state of national emergency. The United States went "bankrupt" in 1933. Furthermore, when Harry Truman in 1950 signed into law the Emergency War Powers Act, the Cold War was in full force. When Harry Truman did this, there was a consummation of a great plan to put us under the Emergency War Powers Act and, actually, a war rule. "Daylight savings time" is what was called "war time". This country only went to daylight savings time during World War II, and they called it, at that time, war time. So, nothing’s changed. We’ve never gone back to not turning back our clocks. We’re still on war time. The income tax is a war tax. It was called a victory tax in 1942. So, people are paying a war tax, they’re under war time, they’re under an emergency war powers act, and the courts are war courts. Harry Truman was put in office by the Jesuits, the Pensergast Democratic machine in Missouri. Harry Truman took over after FDR’s murder, because he had been murdered in the home of Bernard Baruch. The public was not permitted to view the body. In his own run for the Presidency, Truman foolishly allowed the Zionist Abraham Feinberg to help raise money for his 1948 re-election campaign. Feinberg wanted American backing for a Jewish state in Palestine. According to the Annual Report of the CFR of 1993. Those Jesuits at Fordham maintain semblance and rule over the Cardinal in New York. And, of course, the powerful Jesuits of Fordham include Avery Dulles and John Foster Dulles, one of the writers of the book on the Second Vatican Council. It is clear that the Bankrupt, defacto government of the united States, which is operating under the War Powers Act and Executive Orders; not the Constitution for the united States, has in effect issued under its Admiralty Law, Letters of Marque (piracy) to its private agencies IRS, ATF, FBI and DEA, with further enforcement by its officers in the Courts, local police and sheriffs, waged war against the American People and has classed Americans as enemy aliens. That is why a judge will tell you not to bring the Constitution into his court, or a law dictionary, because he is the law, not the Constitution. Every time you pay a tax you are transferring your labor to the king, and his heirs and successors are still receiving interest from the original American Charters. The following is the definition of tribute (tax). "A contribution which is raised by a prince or sovereign from his subjects to sustain the expenses of the state. A sum of money paid by an inferior sovereign or state to a superior potentate, to secure the friendship or protection of the latter." Blacks Law Dictionary forth ed. p. 1677. As further evidence, not that any is needed, a percentage of taxes that are paid are to enrich the king/queen of England. For those that study Title 26 you will recognize IMF, which means Individual Master File, all tax payers have one. To read one you have to be able to break their codes using file 6209, which is about 467 pages. On your IMF you will find a blocking series, which tells you what type of tax you are paying. You will probably find a 300-399 blocking series, which 6209 says is reserved. You then look up the BMF 300-399, which is the Business Master File in 6209. You would have seen prior to 1991, this was U.S.-U.K. Tax Claims, non-refile DLN. Meaning everyone is considered a business and involved in commerce and you are being held liable for a tax via a treaty between the U.S. and the U.K., payable to the U.K.. The form that is supposed to be used for this is form 8288, FIRPTA - Foreign Investment Real Property Tax Account, you won't find many people using this form, just the 1040 form. The 8288 form can be found in the Law Enforcement Manual of the IRS, chapter 3. If you will check the OMB's paper - Office of Management and Budget, in the Department of Treasury, List of Active Information Collections, Approved Under Paperwork Reduction Act, you will find this form under OMB number 1545-0902, which says U.S. withholding tax-return for dispositions by foreign persons of U.S. real property interests-statement of withholding on dispositions, by foreign persons, of U.S. Form #8288 #8288a. These codes have since been changed to read as follows; IMF 300-309, Barred Assessment, CP 55 generated valid for MFT-30, which is the code for 1040 form. IMF 310-399 reserved, the BMF 300-309 reads the same as IMF 300-309. BMF 390-399 reads U.S./ U.K. Tax Treaty Claims. The long and short of it is nothing changed, the government just made it plainer, the 1040 is the payment of a foreign tax to the king/queen of England. We have been in financial servitude since the Treaty of 1783. Congressman Beck had this to say about the War Powers Act: "I think of all the damnable heresies that have ever been suggested in connection with the Constitution, the doctrine of emergency is the worst. It means that when Congress declares an emergency there is no Constitution. This means its death....But the Constitution of the United States, as a restraining influence in keeping the federal government within the carefully prescribed channels of power, is moribund, if not dead. We are witnessing its death-agonies, for when this bill becomes a law, if unhappily it becomes law, there is no longer any workable Constitution to keep the Congress within the limits of its constitutional powers." (Congressman James Beck in Congressional Record 1933) UNITED STATES HELPS BUILD THE NEW WORLD ORDER
The British Empire was greatly humbled by World War II. Imperialism seemed to be defeated, and one by one British colonies gained independence. First India and Pakistan in 1947, then Burma and Sri Lanka in 1948. Egypt then kicked the British out of the Suez in 1956, which was also the year Sudan achieved independence, followed a year later by Ghana. In the 1960's Malta, Cyprus, Kuwait, South Yemen, Malaysia, Singapore, Samoa, Surinam, Guyana, Lesotho, Swaziland, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Sierra Leone and Gambia all achieved independence. In the 1970's the nations of Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and Fiji followed after. Few honest historians would argue that the breakup of the British Empire was the most significant political change in the twentieth century. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. commented on the extraordinary demise of Imperialism in his sermon "The Death of Evil Upon the Seashore," in 1956, "Gradually we have seen the forces of freedom and justice emerge victoriously out of some Red Sea, only to look back and see the forces of oppression and colonialism dead upon the seashore. There are approximately 2,400,000,000 people in the world today. The vast majority of these people are found in Africa and Asia. More than 1,400,000,000 of the peoples of the world are found on these two continents. Fifty years ago most of these people were dominated politically, exploited economically, segregated and humiliated by some foreign power. There were 400,000,000 persons in India and Pakistan under the iron feet of British rule. "There were 600,000,000 persons in China under the gripping yoke of British, Dutch and French rule. There were 100,000,000 persons in Indonesia under the oppressive hands of Dutch rule. There were 200,000,000 persons in Africa dominated and exploited by the British, the Belgium, the French, and the Dutch. The great struggle of the Twentieth Century has been between these exploited masses questing for freedom and the colonial powers seeking to maintain their domination. "What we are seeing now in this struggle is the gradual victory of the forces of freedom and justice. The Red Sea has opened, and today most of these exploited masses have won their freedom from the Egypt of colonialism and are now free to move toward the promised land of economic security and cultural development. As they look back, they clearly see the evils of colonialism and imperialism dead upon the seashore." Now, we must take a peek at how the United States assumed the mantle of Great Britain in suppressing the peoples of the world. This conflict was to become known as the "Cold War," but former CIA director John Stockwell has a more appropriate term for it, as he explains in his book, The Praetorian Guard - The U.S. Role in the New World Order, Since the mid-1950s [U.S. military operations] have all been conducted in Third World countries where governments do not have the power to force the United States to stop its brutal and destabilizing campaigns. One might call this the "Third World War." It is a war that has been fought by the United States against the Third World. Others call it the Cold War and focus on the anti-Communist and anti-Soviet rationales, but the dead are not Soviets; they are people of the Third World... Altogether, perhaps twenty million people died in the Cold War. As wars go, it has been the second or third most destructive of human life in all of history, after World War I and World War II. World opinion at the time, including U.S. public opinion was against empires holding other nations as colonies. So the U.S. mastered what is called neocolonialism or neo-imperialism. Neocolonialism is where one country rules and controls another country indirectly. It is the process of dominating the politico-economic life of a nation without benefit of direct possession. In order to fulfill these ambitions in Latin America, the U.S. in the coming years would install into power, and support a succession of military dictatorships in Latin America, that would brutally repress their people. This would occur many times as the newly formed Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) would work within Latin America countries to overthrow the government of those countries (which many were democratically elected), and install puppet regimes that would oppress and terrorize the population, while making the country safe for U.S. corporations investment. Professor at M.I.T, Noam Chomsky, in his book Year 501 says: "The U.S. effectively switched the mission of the Latin American military from hemispheric defense to internal security. Internal security means a war against its own population." The six million people the CIA has helped to kill are people of the Mitumba Mountains of the Congo, the jungles of Southeast Asia, and the hills of northern Nicaragua. They are people without ICBMs or armies or navies, incapable of doing physical damage to the United States. The 22,000 killed in Nicaragua, for example, are not Russians; they are not Cuban soldiers or advisors; they are not even mostly Sandinistas. A majority are rag-poor peasants, including large numbers of women and children.
THE ROLE OF THE VATICAN & THE JESUITS IN THE VIETNAM WAR
Avro Manhattan explains, "…Spellman had tried unsuccessfully to pressure the administration into beefing up assistance to the French troops fighting Communist insurgents in Vietnam. The United States, however, had underwritten eighty percent of the French war costs; Eisenhower was reluctant to go further, even though the Dulles brothers also wanted what Spellman pushed…Though few people knew this, the Cardinal played a prominent role in creating the political career of a former seminary resident in New York who had just become premier of South Vietnam, Ngo Dinh Diem. In Diem, Spellman had seen the qualities he desired in any leader: ardent Catholicism and rabid anti-Communism…Through the press and a Washington lobby, the problems of confronting anti-Communism in Indochina became widely known in America… The Cardinal placed him in touch with Joe Kennedy, who arranged meetings for Buttinger with the editorial boards of major publications such as Time and the Herald Tribune…Spellman and Kennedy also helped form a pro-Diem lobby in Washington…To a large extent, many Americans came to believe that Vietnam was a preponderantly Catholic nation [in reality, Catholics composed approximately 10% of the population] … With the help of C.I.A.-rigged elections in 1955, Diem abolished the monarchy and Bao Dai was forced to live in exile." "Within a relatively short period American aid had become more than substantial. From 1950 to 1954, in fact, the U.S. had dispatched more than 400,000 tons of war material, 150,000 firearms, 340 airplanes and 350 warships as already quoted. Notwithstanding all this, however, the French were finally routed. There followed the Geneva Agreement, when the 17th Parallel, was defined as the "provisional" demarcation line between the Vietnam of the North and the Vietnam of the South, as we have already seen." "The Catholic anti-Communist crusade burst out into the open, with a virulence unmatched for decades and it externalized itself with the phenomenon of McCarthyism, which adumbrated American domestic and foreign policy for years. McCarthyism gave an unprecedented impetus to the U.S. anti-Communist strategy. It was in the interest of the Vatican to see that such strident anti-communism be maintained at home, the better to influence the U.S. to carry on a similar aggressive anti-Communist policy abroad. This meant an anti-Communist strategy in Asia. "When therefore, the Vietnam problem came increasingly to the fore both the Vatican and the U.S. focused their joint activities toward that country. The chief formulators of the strategy were Secretary of State John Foster Dulles in the diplomatic field, and Cardinal Spellman in the ecclesiastical. "The importance of the latter was paramount, since Cardinal Spellman was the linchpin between Washington and the Vatican. This was so because Spellman had the ear not only of powerful politicians and military men in the U.S. but equally that of the Pope, a personal friend of his. Other Catholic individuals played no mean part, one of these being John Kennedy, the future President. "It is important that the Senate demonstrate their endorsement of Mr. Dulles' objectives," declared Kennedy at a secret meeting of Congressional leaders on April 3, 1954. "If necessary, the U.S. will take the ultimate step—war." "J.F. Kennedy was speaking as the political exponent of the powerful Catholic lobby in Washington. Prior to this in January of that same year, Admiral Arthur Radford, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, had demanded that the U.S. intervene directly in Vietnam, as had done John Foster Dulles himself. "President Ngo Dunh Diem of South Vietnam was a practicing Catholic who ruled South Vietnam with an iron fist. He was a genuine believer in the evils of communism and the uniqueness of the Catholic Church. He had originally been "planted" into the presidency by Cardinal Spellman and Pope Pius XII. He transformed the presidency into a virtual Catholic dictatorship, ruthlessly crushing his religious and political opponents. Buddhist monks committed suicide by fire, burning themselves alive in protest against his religious persecutions. His discriminatory persecution of non-Catholics, particularly Buddhists, caused the disruption of the government and mass desertions in the army. This eventually led to U.S. military intervention in South Vietnam. "To the Vatican, these objectives, in political and military terms, were worthy of support, yet, behind and beyond them, it had a scheme of far more import than either, as far as its long range religious global policy was concerned. The scheme could be summarized in the setting of a model Catholic state in the heart of Southeast Asia. Its creation entailed an administration which was totally Catholic, which was inspired by a nucleus of Catholics, which were 100 per cent reliable, religiously and ideologically, notwithstanding the fact that they had to rule a vast majority which practiced Buddhism. The achievement of this goal necessitated first the neutralization of those who might object to the scheme; secondly the elimination of those who would actively oppose it; and ultimately the removal of anyone or anything which did not accept the Catholicization of South Vietnam. "The U.S. gave an instant 40 million dollars to resettle the Catholics. This meant that every Catholic, who had left North Vietnam, was given about 89 dollars each by Protestant America to reinforce the Catholic administration of Diem. This, it must be remembered, in a country where the average income of the average Buddhist was only 85 dollars per year. "In addition to the above, Diem saw to it that the new Catholic immigrants were given key positions in the government, the regular army, the police, from the top down to provincial and district levels. So that soon many officials and officers who were not Catholic were replaced or downgraded, if not dismissed altogether. The Catholicization of the state machinery was being promoted in record time, it must be remembered, with the active approval of the U.S. "That the U.S. was behind this incredible sectarian operation was demonstrated by the fact that the U.S. mission itself set up the Vietnam Bureau of Investigations. This open para-military unit was supported by a rural Catholic militia composed of more than 40,000 men. "Every echelon of Diem's new administration was filled with practicing Catholics. To make sure that only Catholics got all the key positions, Diem terminated the 500 year democratic tradition of the local villages by which chiefs were elected by the population and replaced them with the Catholics who had arrived from the North. His personal slogan: ‘Put your Catholic officers in sensitive places. They can be trusted.’ "In this terrorization he was aided by his two Catholic brothers, the Chief of the Secret Police and the Archbishop of Hue. "The U.S. finally decided to discard him as an ally. Agents of the CIA engineered a coup against him, and he, with one of his brothers, was murdered immediately after hearing mass in Nov. 1963. "Two years after the assassination, Spellman told of his knowledge of Kennedy’s involvement to Dorothy Schiff, the Post publisher… The publisher was amazed by the revelation, but there was nothing she could do with the information…she had promised not to reveal what she heard…Shortly before the coup Spellman disassociated himself from Diem." - Avro Manhattan
SEIZING THE WEALTH OF THE WORLD
How large Corporation were used by Britain and the Western nations to ‘manage’ the resources of the third world nations. To escape paying taxes the country of their origin, many Corporations have not only gone ‘offshore’ but have become transnational, hence TNC. While the costs of territorial empire (fleets, colonial administrations, etc.) were borne by Western taxpayers generally, the profits of imperialism were enjoyed primarily by private Corporations and investors. Government and corporate elites were partners in the business of imperialism: empires gave government leaders power and prestige, and gave corporate leaders power and wealth. Corporations ran the real business of empire while government leaders fabricated noble excuses for the wars that were required to keep that business going. The new economic elite use esteemed groupings such as the World Economic Forum and bodies such as the World Trade Organization to achieve their singular goal: profit maximization through economic globalisation. As feared, in every case brought before it to date, the WTO has ruled in favor of corporate interest, striking down national and sub-national legislation protecting the environment and public health at every turn. When an industry-backed governmental challenge to a ‘disadvantageous’ national or local law is brought before the WTO, the contending parties present their case in a secret hearing before a panel of three totally unaccountable trade experts – generally lawyers who have made careers of representing corporate clients on trade issues. Through elite economic forums, companies are finding new ways of limiting the power of states. Instead of alienating governments, important actors, and institutions – transnational corporations have co-opted them. As governments increasingly fear the response of world markets to their policies, they look towards the new economic elite, not their own constituents, to provide direction. This ‘direction’ – so far – has resulted in massive economic breakdown in some nations, insecurity in all nations, unprecedented hardships for millions of people, growing unemployment and dislocation in all regions, direct assaults on environmental and labor conditions, loss of wilderness and biodiversity, massive population shifts, increased ethnic and racial tensions, and other disastrous results. Today, a similar program of genocide has apparently been unleashed against sub-Saharan Africa. The IMF destroys the economies, the CIA trains militias and stirs up tribal conflicts, and the West sells weapons to all sides. Famine and genocidal civil wars are the predictable and inevitable result. Meanwhile, AIDS runs rampant while the WTO and the US government use trade laws to prevent medicines from reaching the victims. Jeremy Brecher and Tim Costello write in Global Village or Global Pillage that: "As the economic crisis deepened, there gradually evolved a 'supra-national policy arena' which included new organizations like the Group of Seven (G7) industrial nations and NAFTA and new roles for established international organizations like EU, IMF, World Bank, and GATT. The policies adopted by these international institutions allowed corporations to lower their costs in several ways. They reduced consumer, environmental, health, labor, and other standards. They reduced business taxes. They facilitated the move to lower wage areas and threat of such movement. And they encouraged the expansion of markets and the 'economies of scale' provided by larger-scale production." "All over the world, people are being pitted against each other to see who will offer global corporations the lowest labor, social, and environmental costs. Their jobs are being moved to places with inferior wages, lower business taxes, and more freedom to pollute. Their employers are using the threat of 'foreign competition' to hold down wages, salaries, taxes, and environmental protections and to replace high-quality jobs with temporary, part-time, insecure, and low-quality jobs. Their government officials are justifying cuts in education, health, and other services as necessary to reduce business taxes in order to keep or attract jobs." - Brecher, Jeremy and Tim Costello, Global Village or Global Pillage: Economic Reconstruction from the Bottom Up, South End Press, 1998. The social agenda of the NWO can be summarized as "no more entitlements". In the First World this translates into dismantled social programs, undermining of labor and safety laws, and a general disregard for maintaining a healthy environment or the quality of life. This dismantlement has been facilitated by media propaganda, and accomplished by demagogic government leaders. The role of such demagogues is to sabotage government from within - assuring that it fails - and then proclaiming deregulation and privatization as the "only possible solutions" to the problems they themselves have created or aggravated. This question raises the propagandistic agenda of the New World Order. At an alarming rate, all global sources of information and entertainment are being concentrated into a handful of media conglomerates. Television, newspapers, magazines, and film production are being gobbled up by a few conglomerates which have full control over their content and distribution. These conglomerates decide which events are to be deemed "news", how that "news" is to be interpreted, which story ideas will be developed into films and TV series, which candidates are to be considered "realistic" in elections, which legislative proposals are to be praised or ridiculed, and which mythologies are to be sold to global audiences. Unfortunately there are countries which have strong laws to protect their people (especially some of the Moslem counties) such that large Corporations are unable to walk in and began expropriating the resources of the land. That means that their governments have to be overthrown militarily. Zbigniew Brzezinski’s book
"THE GRAND CHESSBOARD - American Primacy And It's Geostrategic Imperatives," (Basic Books, 1997) laid out a strategy, which has now become public policy with the Bush administration. It is sublimely arrogant. While singing the praises of the IMF and the World Bank, which have economically terrorized nations on every continent, and while totally ignoring the worldwide terrorist actions of the U.S. government that have led to genocide; cluster bombings of civilian populations from Kosovo, to Laos, to Iraq, to Afghanistan; the development and battlefield use of both biological and chemical agents such as Sarin gas; and the financial rape of entire cultures, it would leave the reader believing that such actions are for the good of mankind. If a car goes over a cliff doing 90 miles per hour, it may continue on its trajectory for a few moments but the laws of gravity will kick in and the car will crash on the rocks. The sad truth is, the U.S. is so far beyond bankruptcy that it would be difficult to explain. In my opinion, we actually achieved total bankruptcy about the year 2000, the only reason we are still propped up by the Federal Reserve, is that they want to use the last remaining assets of our county to level Iraq, Iran, Syria, Saudia Arabia, etc. As I write this, the U.S. military has already invaded Iraq and driven its leader Saddam Hussein into hiding.. Now plans are being laid to invade Syria, Iran and Saudia Arabia. I believe Syria will be the first on the list because it continues to be a conduit for jihad fighters headed for Iraq.
IRAQ
The fact that Iraq may have even more oil than Saudi Arabia, is something AFP has reported for months, is now being mentioned by the mainstream media: "The shattered nation [Iraq] may have the world’s largest reserves of oil," read the headline of The New Yorker on July 21. The informative article noted that the abundant oil of the Basra area "has the cheapest production costs in the world, at about a dollar a barrel." After throwing BP [British Petroleum] out of Iraq in the 1970s, the Ba’ath regime used oil revenues to finance a nationwide development program, building infrastructure projects, dams, factories, schools and hospitals. It was this investment that brought prosperity to Iraq and raised the Iraqi standard of living to a Western level. When Iraq under the leadership of Saddam Hussein, determined to accept only Euros as payment for oil, the U.S. saw the writing on the wall. The Dollar grows weaker every day. Other oil-exporting nations, including Iran and Venezuela, have stated that they are contemplating a similar move. If OPEC as a whole were to switch from dollars to euros, the consequences to the US economy would be catastrophic. American oil production peaked in 1970 and now the nation imports well over half of what it uses. In other words, we are running out of oil.
AFGHANISTAN
Afghanistan has rich and extensive mineral resources including gold, silver, uranium, beryllium, copper, chrome, lead, zinc, manganese, iron and nickel. Lapis lazuli, amethyst, beryl, ruby, emerald, sapphire, alabaster, tourmaline, jade, and quartz are just some of the precious and semiprecious gemstones that have been mined in the country for centuries. Afghanistan occupies a central position in the U.S. strategy for the economic control of the oil and gas resources in the entire Middle East, according to experts . Current estimates indicate that, in addition to huge gas deposits, the Caspian basin may hold as much as 200 billion barrels of oil—33 times the estimated holdings of Alaska’s North Slope. So, you can see the kind of wealth we are talking about. Pipelines transporting the immense gas and oil reserves of Central Asia and the Caspian basin to global markets will undoubtedly play an important role in Afghanistan’s future, but the country’s abundance of strategic minerals has the potential to greatly enrich the Afghans—if the wealth of the nation is not plundered.
CREATING GREATER ISRAEL
So far, the U.S. has not had to resort to the use of Atomic or Nuclear bombs against any third world country but that is probably about to change. It may well be Israel who will employ such a weapon against Damascus or Iran. Because now it is time to create a new International Capitol in Jerusalem (maybe even with a new Temple), in order to fulfill the expectations of certain Zionist Jews and Catholic groups. And you cannot have such a capitol with enemies surrounding you and wanting to ‘drive you into the sea’. Zionist extremists and their American Christian supporters are working together to create chaos and bloodshed and may thus be engaging in a self-fulfilling prophesy of a great Armageddon. Consider President Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, and Ashcroft in on this dangerous and deluded scheme. The American ultra-Zionists who are influencing them are Richard Perle, William Kristol, Paul Wolfowitz, Eliot Abrams, and others who appear to place their loyalty to Israel above the true interests of the United States. Our men and women in the U.S. military are being sent to fight and die for Israel so that it will be safe from Arab countries that are concerned about Israeli designs upon their own nation's soil. At at time when the wives of our military personnel are having to use food stamps and beg from their friends and relatives, the United States gives loans and outright foreign aid to Israel to the tune of many billions of dollars. A paper issued by the Library of Congress gives a picture of what is going on. "U.S. aid to Israel has some unique aspects, such as loans with repayment waived, or a pledge to provide Israel with economic assistance equal to the amount Israel owes the United States for previous loans," says a Library of Congress "briefing paper." This paper, Israel: U.S. Foreign Assistance, was prepared by the library’s Congressional Research Service in April and is available to all Congressmen. It confirms assessments made previously by American Free Press that blank-check aid to Israel costs taxpayers $10 billion a year. "Israel also receives special benefits that may not be available to other countries, such as the use of U.S. military assistance for research and development in the United States, the use of U.S. military assistance for military purchases in Israel, or receiving all of its assistance in the first 30 days of the fiscal year rather than in three or four installments as other countries do," the report said. And as far back as 1952 Moshe Dayan, the present Israeli defense minister, declared: "Our task consists of preparing the Israeli army for the new war approaching in order to achieve our ultimate goal, the creation of an Israeli empire." The metamorphosis of tiny Israel from a midget to a giant is in the making. The grand design of Judaic-Zionist expansionist doctrine is to seize all the oil-rich lands from the shores of the Euphrates to the banks of the Nile. In defining the aims of Zionism, Hebrew scholar Levnoch Osman recently said: "In our eternal Book of Books (the Torah), the lofty ethical teachings of which are cherished by all mankind, the land of Israel is described not as a long, narrow strip of land with wavy, crooked borders, but as a state with broad natural borders. God has promised to Patriarch Abraham the following: "I give unto them the land where they have sown their seed, from the river of Egypt unto the great river of Euphrates’ (Genesis 15:18). And so, in order to realize the words of this prophecy, the Israeli state had to continue, not in the borders it has today but within its broad historical boundaries." Never mind that God fulfilled all of his promises to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in Old Testament. These Zionists wish to use these passages to cover their objectives.In his Complete Diaries, Vol. II. p. 711, Theodore Herzl, the founder of Zionism, says that the area of the Jewish State stretches: "From the Brook of Egypt to the Euphrates." Rabbi Fischmann, member of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, declared in his testimony to the U.N. Special Committee of Enquiry on 9 July 1947: "The Promised Land extends from the River of Egypt up to the Euphrates, it includes parts of Syria and Lebanon." Dr. Nahum Goldmann, President of the World Jewish Congress who said at a conference in Montreal in 1953; "The Jews might have had Uganda, Madagascar and other places for the establishment of a Jewish fatherland, but they want absolutely nothing except Palestine; not because the Dead Sea waters by evaporation can produce five trillion dollars worth of minerals and powdered metals, not because the sub-soil of Palestine contains twenty times more petroleum than all the combined reserves of the two Americas, but because Palestine constitutes the veritable center of world political power, the strategic military center for world control. From Palestine we can see the riches of the Far East, the resources of Africa and to the north the power and wealth of Europe."
In 2007, the Wall Street Journal published an article titled, "To Check Syria, U.S. Explores Bond With Muslim Brothers." And even then, it was noted that the Brotherhood held close links with groups the US recognizes and lists as terrorist organizations, including Hamas and Al Qaeda.
